Return/Exchange Policy

Our users can return or exchange the items bought from Dbsouq. If the product does not match the description given on the website, the users can request for a return. In case the product received is defective or damaged, the users can request for a replacement.

The users need to simply log into their account on the website or the mobile app and raise a request for an exchange provided the product is in stock at that point of time. If the product is out of stock, the users need to wait till the time the product is available. As per our return/exchange policy, the users need to raise a return/exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

We conduct an extensive verification of the product before the issuance of the refund. At the time of the pickup of the product from the address to which it was delivered, the users need to make sure the product is undamaged, unused, stainless, unspoiled, and is completely in its original packing as well state. It is to be made sure the product’s packaging has the bar code, article number or serial number intact failing to which the return/exchange request would be revoked.

For returning clothing items, it is to be made sure the price tag is intact as at the time of delivery. For beauty products, it is to be made sure that the seal is not broken. At the time of returning footwear, it should be returned in their original shoe box in which it was delivered.

The users are requested to return products completely in their original state with all the items such as manual instructions, freebies (if any) and other things which were shipped with the product. It is to be made sure that the correct and complete product is returned.

If the users want to exchange a product, they need to check the website for an alternate or the correct size. In case the desired alternate of product is out of stock, the users can opt for the return option to get the money back or can wait for the product to be available.

The pickup for return will take place at the original address where the product was delivered. A change in the address for pickup is only possible if the return pickup service is available at the new address as desired by the users.

Return Category – Clothing, Accessories, Footwear, Baby products

Non-Returnable Category – Innerwear, Socks, Perfume, Personal Hygiene Products, Baby Care supplies, Beauty & Personal Care

If the above-mentioned return/exchange conditions are not met properly, Dbsouq has the right to revoke the return/exchange request and our executive may refuse to carry out the return pickup.
